Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from Passi Petels. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags & packaging intact.
- Customised or personalised items are non-returnable.

Return Process:
1. Email us at support@passipetels.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will approve and arrange return pickup or guide you for self-shipping.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be made to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or wrong.

Exchange:
- Exchange is possible if the same product is available in stock.
